Shipping & Returns (Post Hires)

Flat shipping rate: $30 (includes express shipping to you and a prepaid return label).

All garments are sent in reusable satchels. You must retain the original satchel and reseal it with the included return label, ensuring the old label is completely covered.

You must return the garment on the final day of your rental period, by Lodging it in person at the post office before 12pm.

Return delays will incur late fees.

 

The rental period begins on the first day of your selected hire and ends on the last day of your selected hire. Delivery and return days are included in this period.

For example, a 3-day hire from Tuesday to Thursday means:

Tuesday: Delivery date

Thursday: Return date

All garments must be posted back in person at the post office by 12PM the day after your event.

If your event is on a Saturday, the garment must be returned by 12 PM Sunday. We strongly recommend booking delivery at least 1 day prior to your event, especially for rural or remote areas.

All postal orders are sent via Australia Post Express. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched. Delivery is guaranteed by 6 PM on your selected date, in line with Australia Post timeframes.
