Refund policy

Late Fees & Non-Returns

A late fee of $30 per day applies to overdue rentals. If a garment is not returned within 15 days, the customer will be charged 150% of the full retail price of the item plus any accumulated late fees.

 

Shipping & Returns (Post Hires)

Flat shipping rate: $30 (includes express shipping to you and a prepaid return label).

All garments are sent in reusable satchels. You must retain the original satchel and reseal it with the included return label, ensuring the old label is completely covered.

You must return the garment on the final day of your rental period, by lodging it in person at the post office before 12pm.

Return delays will incur late fees.

 

Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

We do not offer refunds unless the issue is a fault of The Dress Society (e.g. wrong item sent, item not dispatched).

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Store credits are not transferable and have a 12-month validity.

No returns for change of mind, incorrect fit, or postal delays. Try-ons are recommended prior to hiring.
